I am a bilingual engineer who has spent most of his career in Canadian telecom, close to the day-to-day reality of monitoring, fault isolation and operational tooling. At Rogers and later Ericsson, I worked on the systems behind visibility, performance tracking and automation for large wireless and wireline environments.
What I enjoy most is turning recurring operational work into something clearer and more useful: a script that saves hours, a dashboard that highlights what matters or a workflow that helps a team respond faster. That mix of hands-on technical work and practical delivery is what I now bring to consulting.
I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering (Information Technology) from École de Technologie Supérieure (ÉTS) in Montréal. I am also a licensed member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
